Giuseppe Catania: Some people grow up thinking about collecting Pokémon, and those like Giuseppe learn to think in terms of goals and priorities, and tattoo within themselves the concepts of resilience, perseverance and willpower. He enrolls at the Polytechnic University of Turin, majoring in computer engineering. And here the unthinkable happens: he finds himself struggling! The solution comes when a fellow student shows him the use of mind maps and mentions a course that can turn him into a ThirtyElode-Shooting machine: Genius 21. Seeing the inspiring results, he becomes interested in the world of training and here he is immersing himself in books and courses on leadership, effective communication, while pursuing his university studies. He decides to get involved personally and becomes a Trainer, Teacher and Coach at Genius in 21 days. Giuseppe decides to help his land and young people not to run away to seek their fortune elsewhere. That is why the Vibo Valentia branch of Genio 21 was born. In the end, the results speak for themselves, with 187 trainees in less than a year and three new locations opened: Rende, Catanzaro and Rossano.

Vittorio Bartolini: He attended university in Pavia, where he studied economics, taught music in Switzerland and practiced martial arts semi-professionally. He took his first training course on rapid learning and speed reading strategies so he could study faster and manage his time better. In early 2012 he started working with Genie in 21 Days in Milan, and began his training to become an instructor. Since then he has been taking seminars on sales, negotiation, leadership, personal growth, team building, effective communication, public speaking, health and nutrition, couple's relationship, money management, and he continues to study neuroscience and cognitive psychology to keep himself up to date and improve the quality of training more and more. In the United States where he managed a branch of the Genio 21 company as branch supervisor, then continued this activity in Milan, where he currently manages one of the Genio net offices.
