Select key skills tests for the assessment from Skillvue's Library. If you don't find the skill you are looking for in the Library, don't worry: we will build a customized Skill Test with our team of experts in line with your needs. Once you have selected the tests, you will have a way to choose and customize the questions contained in each of them as well.
Put your brand in the spotlight by customizing colors, messages and all those elements that help reinforce your Brand Identity within the assessment. You will also be able to choose the interaction mode for the Skills Assessment (audio, video, WhatsApp).
Once you have created your Skills Assessment, it will automatically generate a link that you can include in text or email messages to users. You will be able to choose between individual invitations or mass invitations. In either case, the message will be dynamic and fully customizable and will contain a direct link to start the assessment.
In the results dashboard you see the person's compatibility with the position, an in-depth analysis of each analyzed skill and an overview of the areas of strength and areas for improvement that were mapped out during the assessment.
