She currently holds the position of Diversity Officer & People Care, coordinating Diversity activities. He is a member of the international Personal Finance community and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He is in charge of coordinating Findomestic's internal communities through the management of projects related to Diversity and Inclusion activities (ForAll, Let's Enable Disability) and partnerships ( Parks, Valore D , DiverCity). He is contact person for the harassment and discrimination circuit. Coordinates welfare and people care activities: health and wellness awareness pathways, personal care services ( caregivers, psychological desk, gender violence prevention project, disability parenting support, etc.). Organized and managed cross-cutting projects of the HR Forward 2022+ Plan for the review and renewal of processes in Findomestic's Human Resources Department.
