Davide Cobelli: He has vast expertise in the field of coffee, which is why he is considered one of the leading figures on the world coffee scene. For over ten years he has been a consultant and trainer for many Italian companies, and with his Academy he has trained thousands of Baristas in Italy and abroad. He has been an international judge for World Barista competitions since 2015, Education coordinator and National coordinator of the Specialty Coffee Association. In recent years he has successfully dedicated himself to training in the sensory field and won the Italian Roasting Championship in 2020, placing seventh in the world at that year's World Championships.
