Skillvue's intervention

The incorporation of Skillvue's technology into Credem's selection process was gradual, with the aim of measuring the positive impact on the issues encountered at the outset and then being able to adopt the solution on the entire company population.

For the first few months, therefore, it was decided to use Skillvue in the first phase of candidate analysis immediately after receipt of CVs, including more people in this step than was done in the past with the knowledge that the selection team would be able to more effectively manage candidates passed to the next step thanks to the insights provided by the platform with respect to their real skills.
